You don't build or operate anything. Think of the monthly fee as an "Agent License" — you're buying the outcomes, not the tools.

Custom AI work has real build costs — knowledge base training, prompt engineering, integration wiring, and site construction. The setup fee covers that heavy lifting so the ongoing monthly retainer stays focused on operation, results, and improvement. Foundation's $1,500 setup gets your bot and landing page live. Momentum's $4,500 covers multi-channel integration, five automations, and a full service site.

The $4,500 one-time fee covers the entire build phase: discovery, designing up to three chatbots, building five automations, integrating your CRM and tools, wiring agentic scheduling logic, and launching a five-page SEO-optimised website. Once live, the $1,800/month covers ongoing operation, updates, bi-weekly audits, and support.

API costs for advanced AI models are real — capping conversations protects your cost predictability and ours. Foundation's 500 and Momentum's 3,000 monthly limits cover the vast majority of clients at each tier. If you regularly exceed your cap, we'll recommend an upgrade before overage costs make it the obvious call. Pinnacle moves to consumption-based pricing because volume at that scale warrants a bespoke cost structure.

Conversations beyond your plan's monthly limit are billed at $0.50 per conversation on Foundation and $0.25 on Momentum. We alert you before you hit the cap and will recommend upgrading if it becomes the smarter financial choice. Pinnacle overages are negotiated as part of your contract and tracked consumption-based.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — we absorb the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Moving into or out of Pinnacle goes through your dedicated account manager, as the scope is custom.

We connect to most CRM, helpdesk, calendar, email, and database tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Intercom, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Calendly, and dozens more. Custom integrations are available on Momentum (up to 3) and unlimited on Pinnacle.

Yes. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3, conversations are stored in isolated tenants, and Pinnacle includes GDPR and SOC2 compliance monitoring. We never train on your data without explicit written permission.
