Every Ascentrix engagement involves human build time — bots configured for your workflows, agents wired to your systems, sites maintained for you. Free tiers don't fund that quality. If Foundation feels like a stretch, the discovery call for Pinnacle is the better entry point.

The $500 one-time setup covers the build phase: discovery, designing your chatbots and agent flows, integrating your CRM and tools, and shipping a maintained website. Once live, your monthly fee covers ongoing operation, updates, and support.

Conversations beyond your plan limit are billed transparently — $0.50 per conversation on Foundation, $0.25 on Momentum. We'll alert you before you hit the cap and recommend an upgrade if it becomes the smarter choice.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — we absorb the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Pinnacle scoping is custom, so any move into or out of it goes through your account manager.

We connect to most CRM, helpdesk, calendar, email, and database tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Intercom, Zendesk, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and dozens more. Custom integrations are available on Momentum and Pinnacle.

Yes. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3, conversations are stored in isolated tenants, and Pinnacle includes GDPR/HIPAA-ready compliance support. We never train on your data without explicit permission.
